Young patients do not complain of eye problems, thus parents should be especially attentive if:
- the child rubs his/her eyes often,
- narrows a lid of one eye being outside,
- does not follow moving objects,
- the child’s eyes get red often,

- the child bends or turns his/her head when looking straight ahead,

Pupil dilating drops are necessary to properly assess the optical properties of the eye and to have a complete examination of the fundus (retina and optic nerve). The eye clinic “New Vision” uses special drops that almost do not irritate the eyes and do not cause allergic and side reactions. After such an examination, the child can go to school the very next day.
