Dry eye syndrome
Recently, desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and similar devices have become almost essential tools. Who among us does not use them at least once a day? Many people’s work is associated with constant, focused viewing of the computer screen. Meanwhile, after returning home, we continue to sit at the computer, even though we know that our eyes need rest from intense activity. Eventually, the eyes become overstrained, computer vision syndrome develops, accommodation spasms appear, myopia progresses, and overall well-being worsens.
There are various ways to combat this: eye exercises, timely rest, compresses, eye massage, vitamins, etc. But what should you do if there is no time for eye rest at all, and your eyes do not recover before the next workday?
In such cases, special glasses for working at the computer can help. At first glance, they do not differ from regular glasses, but upon closer inspection, you can notice shades of green, lavender, and violet in the lenses designed for computer use. In addition, when photographing a person wearing such glasses, no light reflections appear in the pictures.
This is due to a special coating on the lenses, which functions as a filter. This multilayer filter blocks harmful areas of the radiation spectrum emitted by the computer screen and helps protect the eyes from constant screen flickering. Moreover, glasses designed for computer work have a special coating with an antistatic layer that prevents the lenses from becoming magnetized and protects the eyes from magnetic field exposure.
However, computer glasses are not recommended for everyone. If you spend less than three hours a day in front of an LCD monitor, specialized computer glasses are not necessary for you at all.
Recommendations for wearing glasses for computer work:
– working at the computer for more than three hours a day
– increased eye fatigue
– light sensitivity
– tearing
– burning sensation in the eyes
– eye redness

Blue-eyed people - a source of energy for those around them or unreliable people?
In ancient times, thousands of years ago, blue-eyed people, who appeared as a mutation of brown-eyed ones when the latter were on the verge of extinction, prevented humanity from disappearing from the surface of our planet Earth. Blue-eyed people provided the much-needed vital energy, thus seemingly programming the purpose of future blue-eyed generations — to spread energy to those around them.
